Applications may be submitted by mutual aid groups, community cooperatives, non-profit organizations, membership organizations, for-profit organizations, schools, schools districts, local governments, food producers or aggregators, business owners, or a combination of the above. It is recommended you arrive before 12:30 p.m. Clients are asked to bring ID or utility bill, etc. to verify address.
