Friendly Visitors: As an extension of Senior Hub's Home Care Services Program, the “Friendly Visitors” program is a volunteer initiative that provides companion support to an aging adult in need. Friendly Visitors are a welcome smile, heart, and spirit that offer the gift of time to an aging adult and needed relief to a primary caregiver so they may take a break and tend to self-care. TRU Community Grief Services: Extensive resources for people of all ages and phases in the grief process are available to everyone in the community. In addition to the wide variety of age and loss-specific grief support groups, our experienced grief counselors are available for one-on-one or family grief counseling, phone consultations, and referrals. Bereaved members of the community are offered grief counseling sessions for a fee. |
