Aurora History Museum & Historic Sites: The museum may be closed, but they have online resources to explore from home. Learn more about Aurora, while you're at home. Explore online exhibits, archives, and lesson plans from your home, including interactive maps, such as one of East Colfax Avenue, history videos, and more. You can also take a virtual tour of all the city’s historic sites.

Aurora Public Library - Daily Storytime: The library has daily storytime on Facebook, ebooks, audiobooks, and other remote-access tools, including learn-at-home activities, do-it-yourself projects, virtual field trips to museums, national parks, and more. Aurora Public School students can access most library databases using their student ID number. Join them on Facebook weekdays for Online Storytime! For reading, singing and lots of other fun!

Aurora's The People's Building: Aurora's newest cultural facility, The People's Building, created a series of videos on its Facebook titled “Six Feet Apart,” which profiles some of the artists and performers who will be showcased at the building once we return to healthier times.
Clothes to Kids Begins Curbside Services: Providing a shopping experience in a store-like setting has always been one of the most important parts of our mission. But in light of the COVID-19 crisis, we have created Clothes To Kids Curbside. This will minimize person-to-person contact while still connecting kids in need with clothing. Parents and caregivers now have the opportunity to request a wardrobe for any student age 3 - 21 in need. Clothing will be thoughtfully selected and packaged for curbside pick-up. Colorado Office of Early Childhood at Department of Human Services: Essential baby supplies - including formula, diapers, and baby wipes - are being distributed to local Family Resource Centers and food banks throughout Colorado. These regional locations will help arrange the distribution of supplies to childcare providers and families in need. Colorado PEAK Benefits: PEAK is an online service for Coloradans to screen and apply for medical, food, cash, and early childhood assistance programs.
Delish Free Online Cooking Classes: Delish's editorial director Joanna Saltz and her kids will be going live on Instagram every weekday at 1 p.m. EST (11 a.m. MST) to share cook-along videos for you and your little ones. Come back each week to sneak a peek at what they'll be cooking (and make your shopping list). And don't stress if you can't join in real-time... the videos will be saved on their Instagram for 24 hours.
Flamboyan Foundation: Reading and learning in Spanish, this K-3 literacy program developed a series of videos in Spanish. These videos are on-demand on the Foundation's YouTube channel for families everywhere.

Girls Who CodeGirls Who Code has released FREE weekly Girls From Home unplugged and online activities for 3rd-12th grade students. Learn coding from the comfort of your home! They release activities weekly on Mondays - some online, some offline, of varying levels of difficulty. Each activity features a woman in tech who pioneered innovative technology. Sign up to receive their latest activity as soon as it goes live.

Google for EducationThis teach-from-home toolkit is for teachers making the switch to virtual learning. The toolkit provides ideas and tutorials on how to engage students in long-distance learning.
